Meet Philipp - our member of the month in May!
Introduction round: Who are you and where are you from?
My name is Philipp, i am 24 years old. I was born and raised near Frankfurt am Main and I am working for nfx:MEDIA as senior project-manager. My tasks are project management, sales and distribution. I studied economics in Giessen before i decided to come to Berlin.
What made you come to Berlin?
I visited Berlin the first time in school and only a few days were in enough to fell in love with this city. Through the expansion of nfx:MEDIA i had the chance to move to Berlin. It was a very easy decision, because i like the city, the people and the vibes here. Also the e-commerce sector is strong in Berlin and i see many chances to meet interesting people and learn from them.
What exactly do you do? What's in the pipeline for the near future?
nfx:MEDIA is a full service agency in e-commerce. Most of our projects are done with Shopware, but we are also able to handle further shop systems. We have lots of experience in front- and backend development. Furthermore, we provide many plugins that support shop owners to export their articles to marketplaces like Amazon and eBay automatically.
Currently we have many projects in the pipeline. We are focusing on bringing artificial intelligence to our clients shops. Our goal is that our clients just have to spend a minimum of time into their shop, because of efficient, automatic processes and solutions.
Since when do you cowork at Office Club Berlin Prenzlauer Berg?
I am coworking at Office Club since August 2k16.
What is the benefit of using a coworking space for you?
The coworking space gives me the chance to distinguish between private and business stuff. I can just come around and start being productive. I also like to see my coworkers handling their tasks - that motivates me a lot.
Which questions / problems could you help your coworking neighbour with?
Everything related to Shopware. I also have some good restaurant-advices for lunch and dinner. :)
Do you have favourite spots in Berlin? Something to recommend / consider especially for people coming here?
Yes, i have many favorite spots and i´d recommend to visit them all (at least in summer).
