Meet Ray Green - our member of the month in April!

Introduction round: Who are you and where are you from?
My name is Ray and I come from a small village of 500 people in the middle of the desert of Southern California.

What made you come to Berlin?
I love Germany, the German language, the German mentality and their culture. I studied in Germany and during that time I traveled all around Germany and from all the cities I visited Berlin felt the most like home.

What exactly do you do? What's in the pipeline for the near future?
I have two jobs, I am the retail manager for Sober Care and an event manager for Mandelbaum-Berlin. In the fall I will move to Tromsø Norway to study strategic management.

Since when do you cowork at Office Club Berlin Prenzlauer Berg?
I started in January 2018.

What is the benefit of using a coworking space for you?
I really like the atmosphere, being able to work alongside other goal orientated individuals really helps to motivate me to do my best.

Which questions / problems could you help your coworking neighbor with?
Translations between English and German, and pretty much anything regarding key account management.

Do you have favorite spots in Berlin? Something to recommend / consider especially for people coming here?
One of my favorite places to go on a Sunday is to Mauer Park, not just for the flea market or the karaoke. Most people do not know you can walk through the park all the way to a long bridge that spans across the many different train lines that run through Berlin. I like to stand on that bridge and watch the trains. It is quiet and very beautiful there.
