Meet the ItS team - our members of the month in April!

Introduction round: Who are you and where are you from?
We are the initiative for transparency in study funding (Initiative für transparente Studienförderung). We are known for our platforms myStipendium.de and European-funding-guide.eu. Our mixed team is from all over Germany.

What made you come to Berlin?
Our CEOs established the company in Berlin since it’s their home town – at least for one of them. Most of our colleagues started working for us since in our Social Start Up you are privileged to enable students doing their studies.

What exactly do you do? What's in the pipeline for the near future?
We are running a German- and a European-wide platform to support students searching for grants or scholarships. The clue is that your personal profile is getting matched with suitable funding opportunities. That makes the funding landscape in the EU transparent and easily accessible for everyone. A lot of things are planned, e.g. making the platforms more user-friendly or expand content about financing opportunities.

Since when do you cowork at Office Club Berlin Prenzlauer Berg?
Our company works at Office Club for more or less 2,5 years. What is the benefit of using a coworking space for you?The coworking space has an open and pleasant atmosphere. Another big plus is that we are able to concentrate on work issues since all administrative stuff is done by the lovely Office Club staff.

Which questions / problems could you help your coworking neighbour with?
Help in finding financing support for their friends or kids on their studies.

Do you have favourite spots in Berlin? Something to recommend / consider especially for people coming here?
