Meet the Socialbakers Berlin team - our members of the month in January!

Introduction round: Who are you and where are you from?
Dobrý den! Let's introduce ourselfs, shall we: We are the Berlin office of Socialbakers, a global social media solution that started in Pilsen 10 years ago. And with "we" we mean Antje, Robin, Nardo, Sven and office Dog Sally. Our team comes originally from places all over Germany - east, west, south and even distant bavaria.

What made you come to Berlin?
Most of us are, what germans would say "Wahl-Berliner" and have been living here for quite some time now. Since Socialbakers has been growing rapidly over the last couple of years, we opened up an office in Berlin to be closer to our customers. Antje was already working with Socialbakers out of Berlin for several years, followed by the rest of the team this summer - and since then you can find us here at Office Club.

What exactly do you do? What's in the pipeline for the near future?
Socialbakers builds and provides a social media marketing suite since 2008 - that's right, we just had our 10 year anniversary. We help brands make smarter decisions on social media through AI-powered marketing, provide Analytics for all major social media platforms, and improve Content and Community Management. With our newest additions we also provide Audience analysis and a tool to find and track the perfect Influencers for your brand. We support around 3.000 brands all over the world, including over 100 companies on the list of Fortune Global 500 - and we normally don't brag, but come on: We just turned 10! That has to count for something in the fast changing Social Media landscape. If you want to know more about that, you can always look us up here or drop by at the office and have a chat in person.

Since when do you cowork at Office Club Berlin Prenzlauer Berg?
We started in September 2018.

What is the benefit of using a coworking space for you?
Where to begin... well, first of all we love the team here! Great service, fantastic coffee and there are always great people to talk to. But that also goes for all coworkers here - they are all very unique and interesting people - and they can also play instruments and sing (Thanks for the great christmas party, btw!)

Which questions / problems could you help your coworking neighbour with?
"How can I be more successful with my social media channels?". And if you are stressed, you can always come around and pet Sally - it works 100%.

Do you have favourite spots in Berlin? Something to recommend / consider especially for people coming here?
Nardo likes to go to Tiergarten (well, actually Sally does, Nardo follows) and the market at Winterfeldplatz in Schöneberg on Saturdays. Sven is a true romantic and likes the view from Fernsehturm at Alexanderplatz. Robin likes to discover new bars across Berlin (try Goldfischbar in Friedrichshain) and is still looking for the best burger in town.
